Family is where it all begins, and you’re part of ours whenever you step into a FACE attraction.
Meet the team that made us what we are today.
Starting with a single Space Invaders game in a buddy’s convenience store, Clarence turned a schoolteacher’s keen eye for kid fascinations and his own knack for fixing things into a major amusement group. Always a visionary, he was the third person in the U.S. to own a claw crane game, eventually buying hundreds of them to enter the amusement business full time. From Rockin’ Raceway’s Pigeon Forge launch in 1987, to our recent openings of luxury experiences and high-tech amusements, Clarence’s vision for good, clean fun endures at destinations across the country. “Anyone can put games in a room and call it an Arcade. But we create an Experience for our Guests.” – Clarence Mabe
Growing up the son of a fun and games guy, Bucky was born with an innate sense of timing. From servicing games at the age of 16, to leading FACE Amusement into the age of immersive, high tech family fun, he and brother Rusty have continued their father’s legacy of providing the best guest experience around.
Playing Division I basketball at ETSU taught Mark important lessons early on in life, you need teamwork and strong leadership to win the game. Its the same philosophy and gamesmanship he instills in the team at FACE, where his energy for getting things done keeps he ball moving.

Pushing buttons is what brothers specialize in, and Rusty has a real talent for it. If they can find the words to describe what happens in seven dimensions.
